This historic building with its 19 m high anchored plate stones on top of a baseboard of Tournai limestone is one of the most impressive in Bruges. The screen facade was originally higher and finished with battlements and now has a stepped top in the middle. The windows are rectangular with sandstone cross-bar frames, stained glass and linked pointed arches with three-passes on parapets.
